Subscriptions are normally valid for 180 days. If you subscribed more than 180 days ago and are having trouble logging in it is probably because your subscription has expired.

If you have not completed all of the tests or need further access to your account we can normally grant you an extension. Email support@eu-careers.com to request an extension.
